1. Summary

DuoDuel has no sign-up and does not collect your name or email. Linking a Play Games account is optional.

If you did not link an account — no personal data is stored on our servers, so there is no server-side account to delete. Just clear on-device data via Section 2.
If you linked an account — our server stores your Play Games player ID and progress wallet (coins, diamonds, skins, etc.). To delete this server-side data, use the request in Section 4.

2. Delete on-device data (self-service)

Your game settings, coins, diamonds, purchased skins/cosmetics, and high scores are stored only on your device. You can remove them at any time:

① Reset inside the app — open DuoDuel → Settings (gear, top-right of Home) → "Reset data" → confirm. Coins, diamonds, cosmetics, scores, and settings are all wiped to defaults.

② Uninstall — removing the app deletes all on-device app data with it.

③ System settings — Settings > Apps > DuoDuel > Storage > Clear data.

Note: a purchased "Remove Ads" entitlement belongs to your Google Play account, so after resetting data you can re-apply it via "Restore purchases" in the shop.

3. Advertising identifier

The app shows Google AdMob ads; the advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID) is collected by Google. You can reset or delete it under Settings > Privacy > Ads on your device. Retention and deletion follow Google's policy — Google Privacy Policy.

4. Request server-side deletion (linked accounts)

If you linked an account and want the player ID and progress wallet stored on our server deleted, use our contact form (category "Data deletion") or email info@duoduel.co.kr. Including the player ID shown in the app helps us verify your request. We delete the server wallet and player ID and respond within 7 business days of receipt.
