Terms of Service

1. The Service

DuoDuel ("the App") provides two-player mini games playable on a single device, and an online mode for remote matches.
The App is free to use and requires no account.
In-app items such as coins and skins are for entertainment only. They have no monetary value and are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

2. Online Mode

Online matches are relayed between two players who share a room code.
The online mode may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues; we strive to keep it stable.
Abusive behavior — attacking the server, disrupting other players, or abnormal automated access — is prohibited and may result in restricted access.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content are owned by the operator.
Some graphics and sounds are open assets under the CC0 (public domain) license (e.g., Kenney).
You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the App without permission.

4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters or network failures.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" without warranties, and our liability for this free service is limited.
Nothing in these terms limits rights guaranteed to you by applicable consumer protection law.

5. Changes to These Terms

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Changes unfavorable to users will be announced at least 30 days before taking effect.
